You can translate that last phrase as 'you may be hard pressed to execute' in your new endeavor.

I think in general, the east side is lower cap rate and COC, but higher quality tenants and more trendy neighborhoods vs. the west side.  

Cops would not take things seriously, then a friend of his said that there are key phrases that the 911 operator looks for and priorities accordingly.The phrase he was told was "if you don't come, something is going to go down".Interestingly, this abusive neighbor of his had only ever gotten verbal warnings from the cops.

Denver is definitely exploding right now and I'm looking to capitalize off my properties that are in the neighborhoods that are trendy right now and get some in the up-and-coming neighborhoods that are very rentable with little fix up cost.
