We've had a number of tenants and none of them have ever complained about the temperature. 

We have our fair share of  outdoor animals  we get wasps nest and do get them removed and we do spray.

There were 3 buildings totaling 10,000 square feet; 74 outdoor parking spots and then a lot of wasted space in general.
