Walking around the neighborhood there were evidences of constructions projects - stainless steel fencing around construction lots, new electric service in some commercial properties, and it is only one block off of Eutaw, which is a thriving Bolton Hill street.

We would like to move to another insurance provider due to multiple issues with Foremost:- Auto-canceled policies multiple times due to their auto debit process not working- Charged the incorrect policy amount- Underwrote policy as RCV vs ACV and won’t provide the audio recording evidence - Their website technology is archaic I feel like these are very basic expectations of an insurance provider.

A few credit blips may be fine, but if there are credit issues, there must be documented evidence of disclosing a path for the borrower to overcome these issues so that they will be credit worthy by the time any balloon payment is required.

Based on what I’ve read, if the tenant does remove the junk within three days I may have a tough time moving forward on the eviction, since the stored junk is the main piece of hard evidence I have of the tenant breaking the lease agreement.Any LA investors have experience with this type of eviction?
