Think about all the brokers chasing that Amazon HDQ2 deal from all over the country, or car plants, or chip plants.Not sure it is true, but I expect the washout rates for both residential and commercial realtors is just slightly lower than for wholesalers. 

Topeka's humidity sucks - Wichita's was bad - but it is far worse in Topeka and like we live in a tropical jungle to me --- also the amount of Overcast and grey days - I hate it - Wichita had more days of sunshine.

Whether a property has a chemical plant on it or a parking lot going back over the past 50 years, raises, obviously, different concerns.

For landscaping, we keep the lawn small or non-existant, install native drought resistant plants watered via a drip system, and use large quantities of mulch and/or gravel for ground cover.

There are very specific chemicals that plants need to grow.

I would put up shutters on all windows and paint the entrance door to match; put some plants along the driveway and also plant some color in the front of the house.

It is easy to punch holes through for adding plants as well.
