I have an offer in on a property that I toured yesterday and am wondering about some some red flags.

In her tours, she helps investors develop an understanding of the city, what rates of return and price points to associate with different areas and set up appointments for whatever vendors they're interested in talking to.

Unless portage along the Columbia inlet picks up, or they bring back the olde thyme steamboat tours I often wonder what’s going to become of these old port towns.

While Bootcamp is expensive, I found it worthwhile as I was able to participate in on-site tours of several MHP's in SoCal with Frank and gain insights that don't immediately come to the surface when reading books.

I am aware of ceiling delaminating and a big hole formed from roof leaks (roof is fixed), and interior door broken off etc...so I am debating if the current owner will allow me to take video tours now documenting these defects and general conditions as something the eventual appraiser can use as a reference? 

Hopefully, one of them will take a liking to you and let you tour properties with them, to better understand how they view properties.
