FedEx and Pepsi are expanding here, it is in a great location to support shipping and warehousing, and they are planning to build a new power plant in the area which will support a ton of short term jobs and about 100 long term jobs if I remember correctly (can't find the article right now).

Perhaps popcorn texture is common/popular in your area, but in many areas, it's actually considered out-of-date and undesirable, and you may be adding some value by getting rid of it and repainting the ceiling.Just a thought...like I said, I don't know your area, so I could be way off base...

Such as GM suspending the new 4.5 liter turbo diesel engines for 2010 to offer a cleaner more fuel efficient engine for small and midsized trucks...laying off people and shutting down plants all while the the CEO are getting $162 million severance packages and $50 million bonuses.

When possible, we use plant native plant species at our properties and landscape to minimize the amount of lawn.

Put in low maintenance plants like grasses and daylilies.

There are an incredible array of native plants that can provide shade and wonderful colors - from annual wildflowers that will reseed on their own, to shrubs and trees!
