Better yet, I would recommend having inside information on local politics that will drive population and/or employment growth in the area, as that's typically the biggest driver of real estate appreciation in non-top-tier markets.Just my $.02...

Blue Eye is an hour south, at the lake and is less than 300 I think and rents are about the same.....the lake makes up for rents as being more desirable for some.Not everyone wants to put up with the constraints of city life, Springfield is considering smoke free public zones for example outside, smoke free cafés, 25 mph speed limits in residential areas, really bad drivers from elderly folks driving 25 in a 40 zone and college kids driving 55.

I can't comment on their course but if you study marketing at it's core level the 2 most strong drivers out there that have the publics interest all the time is sex and or making money.So anyone selling a course it is obvious they want a return on investment for whatever time they put into it.For many people being successful has NOTHING to do with a course or going to an event.
