It seems there are a decent amount of companies packing up and leaving Seattle and I’d like some insight on where things may be headed. 

Live auctions are packed and people are making crazy offers  that there is NO WAY those numbers would work.l I own several rentals here but did also want to buy when we move to Portland. 

NEVER glue a floating floor with a pad; the pad will eventually shear off from the pack of the product due to movement. 

The snap pack aka zip letters we deploy November to March and our response rate is nearly double.

I think PR is in expansion mode... at least I hope so.. when it expands I will buy all my mid west team members a subscription for Christmas presents and quit sending See's candy or  other gift packs  :)

Prior to the order I ordered their Sample Pack as well which took about 3 weeks to get to me.
