I'm not a tax profession or an ERISA specialist, but in general, the answer is no.

Any time a tenant says the "M" word, we instantly go to the property with a remediation specialist to verify the claim.

When you list you include the address, BR/BA count, etc and a housing specialist will reach out to you when a family needs housing in your area.

Some are better specialists in each category.

most people like to be specialists, rather than generalists, as the more specialized line of work is likely to bring higher focus and higher profits. but it's for any one person to decide if they rather do one thing or spread out into something else. most RE agents want to be agents and (hopefully in this market at least) don't have time to be flippers or anything else.

You want a specialist then pick a specialist.A broker works with many lenders. 

Of the inquiries, half were from people relocating from the San Francisco Bay Area, and 4 inquiries were from separate Amazon.com relocation specialists. 

I personally have a general handyman, my Lawncare company, pest control, and some companies that are specialists such as roofer, Electrican and plumber. 

After a few conversations with his other realtor and a few with us about these properties, he realized that it really IS better to work with a specialist, and he came on board with us and everything is fine with his realtor.
