@Jay Hinrichs Hey Jay, I was reading that a year ago approx. 40 of the primary 300 plus (or 200 or more they monitor) US markets were already showing major signs of a 'correction...' but of course nearly ALL of those main metros also have micro demographics therein with neighborhood market maturation stats that are not "the average" brush bristles the faux media tends to paint the "herd" into the corral with, about every decade to get them to 'stampede' for the exit doors, only to get 'slaughtered,' time, and again!

This route is a little more expensive (cameras + wiring) as well as time intensive since you'd be monitoring the cameras, citing people, dealing with those people, trying to collect those fines.

On top of this, my tenants are making a mess almost every week and the city is sending notices to clean up the place or pay a fine for them to do it.I have a property manager and we have started to discuss cameras, so we can narrow down who is causing the problem.Does anybody have any recommendations for camera companies that are reasonable and would be easy for my manager to monitor?

Have a minimum age restriction, get a photo ID from renters, get a security deposit, have an exterior camera to monitor for too many people or unauthorized pets etc.We keep taking most of our profits to make upgrades to the property, but house does pay for it self so we have a free Lake house!

I will look up the Simplisafe alarm system as an option to the project.This property is located in a rural part of the Longview area of Gregg County, where it is only monitored by the Gregg County Sheriff's office.
