@Mindy Jensen are there any functionability features related to the voting mechanic that premium users and moderators can access that us regular users cannot?

I've received one moderate paycheck of $600 in the entire 4 months we've been working together. 

If may make more sense to do a moderate $100 increase to prevent vacancy.I generally give the minimum amount of notice for raising rent, but in this case I would give more notice since it is such a large increase.

If you become even moderately successful at this, In a year or 2 that $30k will seem like such a small amount of money, you'll be kicking yourself for taking it.
