I'd search or a upgrade but not new. there are plenty of options out there on sale sites. as has been stated... you can find a "like-new" appliance that was prob in someone's home for a few years and they took care of it but wanted the latest oven so they sell to you...

The latest was after telling me the plans were submitted 1.5 weeks ago I called the city last week and they said they have nothing from him.I called the architect to figure out what was going on and he said that there was a glitch in the system that the city uses to upload plans and he is just waiting for the city to remedy it.
