I participated as the main contributor to the international forum but I didn't know they were going to abolished so I couldn't advise them against it.I imagined that they did that because of the low participation but that might change as I've noted a huge increase in interest in international investing lately, which makes sense given that the US is losing its advantage when it comes to cheap financing.

The thing is the real rate was between 9 and 20% a year because of the structure of the loan, whereby the principal would actually increase over time but it wasn't mentioned in their marketing literature.
