I was just floating the question to see if It was a random thing or if it's typical especially on the str forum.I have gotten  private messages stating both but primarily seeing if this was something I wanted to stay a part of.i have zero issues with tough responses, it's how I have grown and become successful. its the responses that treat people like crap when they get a tough response from someone that was treated like crap. there are a lot of good people on here but there are a few that act like they own the forum along with their ego lol.at any rate, thank you for responding.

The goop floats on top of the trap water,which the bottom of the stopper mechanism is just above, dries and also sticks the hair to the bottom of the stopper, inside the drop.

I disagree about there are fewer buyers - with all the covid-19 stimulus and low interest rates, there is A LOT of capital floating around and everyone is trying to find places to deploy it.A first step is to look into financing options for 5+ units - they depend on the rental income generated by the building.

If you sell later and its SF that was not permitted, you may have problems selling and with the county tax assessor and the city.Also, if you convert the garage, you can add a metal or wood carport in front of the garage for parking if that's important to you.Another suggestion, float in concrete so you don't step down into the garage.
