Blue Eye is an hour south, at the lake and is less than 300 I think and rents are about the same.....the lake makes up for rents as being more desirable for some.Not everyone wants to put up with the constraints of city life, Springfield is considering smoke free public zones for example outside, smoke free cafés, 25 mph speed limits in residential areas, really bad drivers from elderly folks driving 25 in a 40 zone and college kids driving 55.

It's like saying you'll never get in a car accident because you're a great driver.

I can't comment on their course but if you study marketing at it's core level the 2 most strong drivers out there that have the publics interest all the time is sex and or making money.So anyone selling a course it is obvious they want a return on investment for whatever time they put into it.For many people being successful has NOTHING to do with a course or going to an event.

Now look at the political climates of all these places, and the economic drivers. 

What's going to be the driver going forward short/mid-term?

I was at a networking event once where a sheriff's deputy told us when he notifies someone about a nonworking tail light in some parts of the city, the driver thanks him.

I've had 2 homeowner claims on my house and several on my car insurance, including a huge one when my daughter hit another driver, and my insurance has not been massively affected over the years.

It seems that Purdue is the major economic driver yet apartment occupancies are strong and new apartment deliveries somewhat limited. 

The reality is We need people in this country to go to college we need teachers we need truck drivers , janitors , store clerks and so fourth .
