I have a unit advertised for rent.. this applicant checks out as well as to be expected but my concern is that she uses one of those walker/sitting chair thing-gies ( sorry, that's my best description) well my unit is on slab and don't have any high steps or stair areas but I don't want to open myself up to any of those (I've fallen and can't get up) type issues.I currently do not have grab bars in the restroom or any other place on the property.

Ultimately, I ended up doing what you did and had two submeters installed and incorporated each unit's responsibility for their portion of the monthly bill into the Condo Docs.
