I have a unit advertised for rent.. this applicant checks out as well as to be expected but my concern is that she uses one of those walker/sitting chair thing-gies ( sorry, that's my best description) well my unit is on slab and don't have any high steps or stair areas but I don't want to open myself up to any of those (I've fallen and can't get up) type issues.I currently do not have grab bars in the restroom or any other place on the property.

I would fall outta my office chair if someone came in with this information initially without me asking for it.  

My suggestion is to flip your first house or two without the added complexity of trying to incorporate the people who are looking for a second chance.
