Of course that will never happen but how you got to where you are in a western democracy is quite incredible.

There are plans to extend a western leg of the Wekiva Parkway, SR-453, to the northwest into Ocala to connect with I-75, which will truly put Umatilla "on the map".

I don't personally have tons of questions for my attorney, but I use him all the time for deals in my target area (Chicago western suburbs). 

It feels like just about every county in the western US is seeing increased fire activity, and I don't think fire risk is much of an issue as long as you're properly insured. 

You are more likely to find success in big coastal cities in the western world.
