What steps are involved, what legal documentation do I draw up...baby steps appreciated :)Thanks for any advice !

I am the least stressed person I know when it comes to finances now and sleep like a baby.

As a GC we have subs we trust but for our fee we are the baby sitters, picture takers, etc and make sure the subs don't go marking up the materials 100-500% like they do for normal customers.
