Patching up a few scrapes from moving furniture, simple.

Running a small business out of Indonesia at the moment where I'm exporting furniture to Europe, and recently also invested in a plot of land there which I'm hoping to develop and sell once completed.

In fact, there are green home building websites now that offer aesthetically designed environment-friendly prefab houses modern outdoor and indoor furniture, home accessories, etc.

I have a partnership LLC which is being used to manage the property, buying furniture, paying contractors, etc.

Furnish it from estate sales (furniture and appliances), then decorate it. 

Ideally such tenants would never have to buy a stick of furniture.  

I bought a house and some nice furniture (all with credit).

Already had every appliance and piece of furniture for the house before I even knew that house was for sale.

Don't pack the garage or a spare bedroom full of packed boxes and spare furniture.

(Worry #6, anyone who actually visited the property would see neatly trimmed grass and plants, snow was shoveled, trash can has recent trash, there are cars with clean windows and obviously used regularly, there are cats in the windows, lights are on, looking through a window shows furniture, etc.
