The only option would be if you wanna just take that amount own and let it go or you can set up the trial hearing.

At this point we dont have any complaints, we looked at multiple and chose 123 because it was free at first. i believe there are several that give you free trials or at least free for the first couple of doors.

Fellow BP’ers,As a newb and taking the advice of all of the posts, blogs and podcast recommendations out there of not spending money on guru’s/training etc. and the mind set of just get out there and get some OJT I took my 1st driving for $’s excursion today and just dove in trial by fire style.

Being so new, I don't know the difference between a good vs bad realtor, but experience through trial and error and fail faster is the name of the game.

It never went to trial on that ground because the agents malpractice was over 2 years ago, statute of limitations in Indiana.

I started a free trial of Quick Books, but it it is completely intuitive (or I'm just slow).
