The most expensive is First Advantage, which will cost probably around $3k per person for a full background check, but these guys are very GOOD (very, very detailed, down to how many parking tickets a person has in a particular city).

I am sure however that there is big money chasing this dream so - the idea is to keep your eyes and ears open - to get in on it, where ever possible.The big building I refer to here is already owned by an associate, I guess the ticket here is to secure a lease and then find potential subleases for those who want to grow - like with your situation the area has access to many freeways - Carson Street is being worked on and expanded to bring more commerce to Pittsburgh and the Railroad is expanding to bring a distribution center to this area.So the possibilities are endless here.

No, what they do is mmore than double all your traffic tickets.I just recently got a speeding ticket from the CHP for doing 70 in a 55 and my ticket is over $400!

One more thing, if you find a great deal but it needs an HVAC, roof, or other big ticket item, that will probably be okay since you can replace and know that you won't have to worry about that for awhile.
