The difficult part about entities is that they could be incorporated or formed in any state whether the property is located in that state or not.  

Hello everyone, I am 27 yo, currently working in corporate accounting at Charles Schwab in Denver, CO, but very interested in real estate as my considered long term career and investment strategy. 

Hey guys,My business partner and I are currently incorporating for multi-family purchases, minimum 8 doors, most likely in the 20s or more for our first purchase. 

The question I have is, is there any way, other than incorporating the rehab into the original purchase price, to calc lener points and interest on the rehab costs? 

My first job out of college in Corporate America I knew several colleagues who were content with making passive income.

I did not even think about incorporating.

I have a C-Corp through which I invoice my brokerage for commission checks to keep tax payments at a minimal (at some point it made sense to incorporate).

Is incorporating my business a natural first step before I look into actually buying a rental property from a personal liability perspective?

Not sure about their requirement that I incorporate.

I think I'll find a way to incorporate it into my upcoming meet up here in NY.
