The website for one of our target local municipalities will show if a specific property is delinquent on taxes, however the problems with that are that:1) We'd have to search search by property address, and we won't know what addresses to search for, being that we're looking for a list of properties that are in this situation.and2) Just because a property shows on the website as being in delinquent status, doesn't necessarily mean that the county has necessarily served the owner with a notice that the property is in danger of being taken soon.Thanks in advance.P.S.
