If you offered the machines free to the tenants, could you charge $50/month more in rent?

Home Depot and Lowes around me will give you the machine for free for 24 hours if you buy a certain number of bags of cellulose or fiberglass.

I've also purchased and began using his M5 Automated Marketing Machine (which is amazing). 

ADUs are cash flowing machines in California if anyone didn't know. 

Any attempt to interrupt this process would be like throwing a wrench in the machine and really delay completion.

BP has went from something great, something that connected to the common investor to nothing more than a money machine..new book advertisments getting crammed into my email every week it seems, membership fees going up, podcasts that have little to do with traditional real estate investing.

At least that's what I have gleaned from the threads there are 500 plus posts.. so you can read them. but that is my understanding.. and I have taken the time to drive by two properties and have spoken to a few of the wholesalers that were feeding inventory into this machine..

Is Deal Machine a good app ?

I subscribed to Deal Machine and started driving for dollars the same day.

I would probably bring my marketing machine systems that I have running in Seattle and start by wholesaling while I learn a new market.
