Don't go with a basic title of the street the property is on, but add things that make people want to stay at your place compared to your competitors (ex. speed of wifi, pool, miles to popular destination etc.)

I have a property in tourist destination area in Southern California which I recently renovated.

@Stephan GarciaWe just purchased condo in Destin STR and all the regular insurance companies gave home owner quotes, Geico, Usaa, Farm Bureau, but as soon as we mentioned STR they all said not available.

It's not particularly a family destination.

I have short term rental in destin fl that is doing well.  

@Sam Wilson I hope you enjoy the Gulf Coast as much as everyone else.There are a few local meetups in the area ( PCB, Destin, Niceville).

I've heard both are available in the Indy area, but I'm having a hard time justifying short-term as Indy isn't high on the lists for tourists destinations.

Anyone invest in an RV park at a tourist destination? 

It is important to set a destination or goal, but also do not get to bogged down with details that are irrelevant to you at this stage of the game. 

Once that is all settled and you start your closing, if you have purchase agreement with the seller that closing is at place of your choosing, title company or your attorney's office, then tell/offer your buyer that you prefer closing to be at your destination.
