It's just when someone who is outspoken and likes to play the victim decides to throw a hissy fit when it happens to them that it makes headlines.It's like an 8 year old that punches their little sister for no reason and then cries "you're not fair" when they get their ice cream taken away in response.Like I said, I haven't followed this particular instance so maybe it's not the case here, but these perpetual babies have lost the benefit of the doubt.

If you plan to grow your family in the next year, and you know you'll need the space, then I would be looking to upgrade my living situation sooner rather than later.If you start looking now then you will have plenty of time to find "the one", and to renovate it before the baby comes.

That's a tall order with 10,000 baby boomers retiring every single day, and Gen Z not being a large enough generation to fully backfill the massive amounts of retirees.

The Baby Boomer generation moving into senior housing, freeing up the housing inventory we are starved of, thus making housing to purchase more available to buy. 

Groups that buckle down, learn and practice great AM will survive and live to see another day.Survive until 25 baby....and then the party will start again...and the bold will get filthy rich.
