If the fee amount wasn't there, it is accrued and eventually paid as agreed, there are just legal requirements here folks.

I just thought it might give me a head start on eviction since this woman likely won't be able to pay March rent, and she is virtually judgement proof so I won't be able to collect back-due rent if I let it accrue.

And two, it started my curiosity for real estate investing and sent me digesting everything I could about the real estate game for the last 18 months.

I had been holding these properties about 8 years and had substantial equity accrued.  

Keep in mind that, once we get the sale confirmed, if ever, we will have to go through the possession/eviction process not only with these two debtors but also with their adult children who are residing at the home (but were not on the foreclosure documents).We have been accruing attorneys fees throughout this process, so I wanted to reach out to see if anyone had any recommendations or has been in a similar situation before.
