This is one for the history books: He has locked himself out and broken down the door/ created a hostile living environment for the other tenant/ had the police officers at his apartment 4 times in 1 week/ has a restraining order against a ''lady he picked up off the street" who now lives with him. 

There is a police report about a tenant of the building getting mugged last Fall - the person was mugged and a Crown Royal bag of change was stolen.  

Very high traffic by foot and car and police.

I don't care if the tenants are descendants of mother Teresa.

I am currently working as a police officer for a local city, I have a SFH rental in Bossier City but will be selling it soon due to the ex wanting off :/I also own a condo in Colton, CA, that my mother lives in.

You may also want to try to get the police involved.

Some tenants were combating mental issues and one of them made really loud noises at night and called the police.

Until today when i found out she called the police on an empty apartment.

are they easy to work with or are they policing all property owners and renters?
