Mentoring is hard on the coach too.As a coach, I can not make you be positive in the face of adversity, deal with rejection daily, be available to talk to sellers 24 - 7, etc.You need a heart to heart with your spouse as far as working your J O B and REI in tandem, along with cleaning the house and kid duty.You need to crawl before you walk and fail before you succeed.What are you willing to give up to succeed?

I tried using the Express pay but when my client had insufficient funds it rejected the payment (and rightly so) but still charged me the express pay fee.

If you rejected an applicant who is in a protected class bc they had a dog in a no dogs advertisement (print and keep old ad), then changed the ad to allow dogs and rented to someone not in a protected class, the rejected applicant could conceivably feel that there was an actionable discrimination.

My standard form asks for this information, but on more than one occasion, i've been asked by prospective tenants if they have to provide it before they are selected in the event they provide it and then later are rejected (or someone else is chosen)?
