I'm curious to see how the tub reglazing goes, I have heard that once a tub is reglazed you are limited on what types of cleaning products you can use, and that some common cleaners can damage the finish.

A much cleaner arrangement is to buy the property with seller financing, you could have a one year balloon, then advertise the property and sell it, payoff the note and the price you get is irrelevant

Title companies usually offer disbursement services as it keeps title cleaner for future transactions among other reasons, ask about disbursement loan services, they borrower can pay for it.Lots of folks have money, seems having money alone makes them think they can be a lender and that doing so is some simple matter that anyone who has made money can probably do......well, they just find it hard to admit they really don't have a clue and many lose money and wonder why when things happen, Penny wise, pound foolish applies.As Jeff mentioned, just any RE attorney is probably not versed in financial laws as finance is NOT real estate.

If they stay there permanently they just clean them out.There was a show years ago "undercover boss" that had an hour on that business you might find helpful but I can't remember the episode so you will have to search.I know for retail strip centers we used to worry about dry cleaners contaminating the building and ground.
