Everyone who matters, and plenty of people who don't, already go to either Shawn's clubs (the last Wed and Fri of the month in Anaheim and Tustin respectively) and/or Kaaren's club (I've been to that one once and I think it's on Thu night's and I know it is in Costa Mesa).Shawn's format is cool because he interviews the speaker and you get some interactivity with the Q&A.

They use it for business events, birthday parties, bridal showers, wedding rehearsals, college test-prep classes and much more! 

Had one that said to contact them back when the deal goes through, another I met at the property he did not go on the roof, just walked it with me, another did the estimate via satellite images and the other didn’t need me to meet them, said they’d go by, but I happened to be there with the home inspector when they came by and they did get on the roof.

The last addendum that was signed (please see image at the bottom) made it very clear that there will be no more extensions and that deposit is non-refundable.

So maybe the title should be, "We tried... and pivoted", unless that conjures images of Lebron James in your mind, which I'm sure would make @James Wise's day!

They use a SIM card and can send images right to you wherever you are.

They are supposed newly weds (don't share the same last name which isn't uncommon nowadays but is suspect coupled with everything else) and one has only been in the US for a few years. 

Stay to the beach side for family, weddings and high end.

I'm glad to hear Panama City trying to improve their image and move past the spring break party stigma.
