Sadly so far it has been a struggle.

If you are reading a book that is 9+ years old you’ll read about wanting a 10 Cap but sadly they are not on the open market nor even picket listings without you “making” it a 10 Cap down the road.

Sadly, the Northeast US is really tough for highly profitable STRs bc it's tough to attract year-round guests the way you can in other parts of the country.

Hope it works out, it's a sad situation for the tenants but they can always request and pay two more weeks to their current landlord because they don't have nowhere to go.

@Jacob Sampson Sadly, I have the opposite situation with where I live here in Broward County.

Reached out to a lot of big lenders and they don’t service out of the continental US sadly.

I didnt take any "before" pictures sadly. 

If I lost my rental tomorrow I would be sad but not damaged financially.
