I just requested to connect

I include a request for an "emergency contact" that the Tenant authorizes to act on their behalf in case of death, incarceration, or incapacitation.

Basically they are walking in and requesting to deposit 'X amount" into "Vania N's" account and that's it- they don't need the account number or anything else from my experience as long as they are at the correct bank. 

@Jamie Wheeler We often have tenants requesting shorter terms because they intend to purchase.

I’ve been preapproved for 4.25 to 4.5% depending on the property, but have yet to see the exact terms, which I have requested.

I would call the original lender get them to admit you were on auto paythen call the second and request they take the ding off your credit Of that fails I would call an Atty and have them go after both the original lender as well as the company they sold the loan to 

My brokerage is a PM and we do get on occasion where tenants do reach out and request to purchase the property.
