I've been quoted in newspapers, written a magazine article, co-hosted an investment radio show, spoke on expert panels at investment conferences, and my company quoted in the Wall Street Journal, all for publicity.

The walls are paneling and not dry wall which to me indicates shoddy construction.

Same reason people thought wood paneling was a good idea, just a fad of the times

You typically would upgrade the lead into your panel as well to handle the extra load that a typical 200amp panel would draw. 

No sagging floors, no water stains on basement walls or floor moldings, no water stains on ceilings or walls, no mold or mildew, updated electrical panel, newer windows, etc.

However, I am having the electrical panels upgraded and several new circuits run to get up to code.My electrician has asked me to get a general building permit to make it easier for him to get the permit for the electrical and said the permitting office may require it.  

I recently installed high efficient  Fujitsu units the existing heat source was electric so no need to upgrade the panel with these units i enjoyed the comfort of heat and A/C with substantial savings over baseboard electric. 1 Day install and energy rebates made it a no brainer  be sure to check with your state for rebates

What about using sound panels, or a lead sheet to line the wall under the sheet rock?

My brother sent my parents 4 solar panels October 1st and the US Postal office still don't know where they at.
