Put one in a master closet or linen closet. 

The closet doors have been ripped away from the tracks (tracks need to be replaced).

This bedroom doesn't have a closet but it had a hugh private balcony.I didn't get my loan because of this technical issue and I am trying to figure out what to do with that.

It has four potential rooms for bedrooms, but two of them have closets but are in the basement and don't have windows.

The components are so easy to install and remove i put them up when its empty and back in my closet when occupied. 

There was no only a good place for an extra bathroom, but a room that, with the addition of a closet, could be considered a bedroom so my 2/1 could be a 3/2. 

I guess maybe in Texas you don’t need a closet to be considered a bedroom but regardless I would also reassess the pictures to get more showings/interest but mainly just lower the price.

My August is sitting in a box in a closet. 

-Separated plumbing and water heaters, preferably with individual shutoffs for each unit (rarely see separate metering in my area)-Functional rooms...you don't want a "2 bedroom" where one of the rooms is 80 square feet without a closet.
