If it was me, after observing the property, I would probably just change the locks after they leave to eat, etc.. and dump their stuff in the backyard, then on to the dumpster after a few days.

I have no scientific facts - but...From my observations on the BP forums I would say that the 80/20 rule applies to REI ownership.80% of the members own 3 or less properties and the other 20% own much more than that.Maybe Josh can start a poll or the BP folks may already have some of that data.

I'll be interested to find out what the final ratio is at the event (given that things come up at the last minute).General observation: The higher up you look in real estate investment (or business, or finance, or management, or C-suites...) the fewer women there are.
