I’m curious if resort areas will close down like Miami and Ft Lauderdale have done today and how that could possibly affect houses and hotels etc. i guess all we can do is wait and see if there are any domestic travel plans to drivable destinations.

They are marketed as attractive options, but will result in you owing more interest at the end of the payment vacation and should be used as an instrument of last resort (and not for a trip to a sunny beach as they often are).

This is the nightmare scenario everyone hopes to avoid if you can you'll have to tough it out until the powers at be decide you can actually try to recover the funds you are owed and once that is the case this is one I wouldn't let go unless it is a last resort, because not paying anything towards rent is a choice not a necessity, even in HCOL Bay area and with a newborn the tenant isn't spending $4k of unemployment on groceries and utilities per month.

@Tyler MulcahyWhat I have noticed is high HOA fees usually mean resort condo therefore STR.Is the pool standard or does it have extra features that over the top resort-style?

Some of the less expensive markets in CA include imperial County, Fresno county, riverside county, kern County, parts of San Bernadino County (not the resort areas).

From a black mans perspective, Indy has its problems too.....Ive been in a lot of houses here in the city and met a lot of sellers......some get nervous when they see a 6ft3, 260 lb black guy they get nervous......so i had to resort to telling sellers that I work for the company.......so I dont lose the deal.....
