maybe i would if i had nicer rentals like you, but not for my lower income rentals..my tenants are thrilled with the new color scheme of some yellow, and some newer brown tiles, bc the tiles are functional...see, with my rentals, it aint pretty, but it meets code...i'd think for your rentals it would need to be funtional and pretty...
