I'm looking for someone who can mentor me in getting started in Real Estate investment. I believe I wish to do small multifamily to begin, but I'm constantly overwhelmed by the actions needed to commit.

I live in Raleigh and won't be able to make a trip the week you're in town, but we have several STRs in Western NC (Mars Hill & Burnsville) and happy to jump on a Zoom call to answer any questions about the area. 

It is East of HWY 71 which isn't as great as the Western part.

Greetings-We have recently moved back to Western Wisconsin after living in Boulder, CO for 6 years. 

We bought a similar building in similar price range out in western mass (14 unit mixed use) and are doing fine with it, but your #s seem a little thinner across the board and I'd worry u are headed for trouble here.

I live in Western Massachusetts which is a pretty tight market.

I'm mainly interested in SFH's in the western neighborhoods.

We also have 6 colleges in the area one of which is Case Western Reserve University, which is huge in medical research.
