Including a line with approx. measurement in the image in my opinion would sufficient and then have a more general disclosure in the description. 

While your doing your residency and practicing medicine I can't image you have numerous hours left over in the day to hunt down your own deals.

You need to make sure you have an impeccable public image.

I don't mean rolling in suits all day either, I mean a clean approachable person, who dresses well, and clearly puts the effort in to maintain a good public image is doing that for a specific reason-> dress a level above, be a level above.

If you don't want to DIY a home inspector can look, also use thermal images to find damp areas.
