The red tape, talking to customer service centers not sometimes in the country, losing returned items the customers sent back, rejection of returns due to a technicality filling something out, wait times for resolution etc.The customers said they LOVE returning items bought online in brick and mortar stores because they can get the issue handled immediately while shopping for other items and they can talk to a person face to face.
