As of now I am really just looking to network with people to potentially find some good partners to collaborate with and do some deals with within the next year.  

Prioritize what's important)- surround yourself with more successful people (I've found buddies who are crushing it in the sales game and really helped me to stay motivated) - tell your friends to keep you honest (one of my buddy snapchats me to make more cold calls during the day)- read a ton (Sell or Be Sold by Grant Cardone and Never Eat Alone by Keith Ferrazzi are good starters)That's a lot to take in but start small.

I will explain why regardless if you prioritize appreciation or cash flow, the likely better investment is San Diego.Cleveland is a no appreciation market.

. - Organize and prioritize your lawyer questions and make sure you have the right type of lawyer for the issues.

A licensed contractor can confuse instructions or prioritize other jobs and leave yours delayed indefinitely without a very specific contract and a list of the exact materials to be used and in what manner.
