The "electrical panel was not save".

I am supposed to be putting up a new fancy wrought iron (aluminum) fence for my wife who is tired of having horse corral panels keeping the deer out of our backyard.

If there's nothing under paneling you can remove and sheetrock for cheap. 

The inspector's report doesn't say why - it just does.So I got out and replace the meter socket and the service cable to the main breaker in the panel.OK;  it's all done - everything is new from the main breaker out to the new pecker-head - now please turn the power on.Result:  Inspection report now says that the main panel is too old, isn't up to code, and has to be replaced.1.

If you even have to carry plywood or sheet of drywall, do yourself a favor and get one of those drywall buddies- it's a plastic handle that helps you carry those panels.

Don't like the "death panel", OK, we'll take it out.

Just as you could "repair" walls that have 100 Gigantic holes by placing cheap paneling over the holes, you could also repair it correctly with taped, textured and painted drywall/sheetrock.

And by the way - it wasn't Gore who won the Nobel Prize, it was the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change that won it and they shared it with Gore for his "work" of showing up in their documentary and doing paid public appearances reading and regurgitating their beliefs.

If all else fails I suggest writing your representative specifically the ones on the financial oversight panel that grilled ken lewis, and explain how BOA is prohibiting short sales with these clauses.
