Turn Key at worst is scam and at best a bad model for building wealth or generating income.Get more educated.

Its almost a scam.

I feel like he is included in a big scam company or illegal activity based on these things I am finding since there is an elaborate website on his work and a dedicated phone but the number is not local.

The way the ACPM scam works is this: Sandy puts unlicensed people in All County offices, that they've PAID her to open, and she gives them a song and dance about how easy property management is, they're going to make their fortunes off of the owners, etc. etc. etc.

An MBA is an educational scam and will be revealed in its own time.

Small landlords are being thrown under the bus by everyone for Big Real Estate, the city and the banks, and they all know it and are in on the scam, even so-called "progressives" like AOC, who keep repeating the same disinfo talking point that if we canceled rent, everyone will keep their homes and will live happily ever after.

You waited and now they think you don't mean business.These people are trying to scam you. 

Many who are in foreclosure will have seen an attorney, they have been warned about scams, if they mention your letter that attorney can bait you and eat you alive.

Not sure whether to call it a scam, but it is jot straightforward as you would think.
