If you know someone working at a place that's hiring, help him network his way in.Dodgy tenants are dime (or less) a dozen.

don't pay him a dime more and don't allow him to install his outlets/switches.

I’m a Property Manager for a large property management firm Illinois and all I see are people taking advantage of the system on my dime, and a mountain of regulations that continue to grow. 

They are worth every dime you spend.  

I've learned that ideas are common, a dime a dozen.

So basically im using borrowed money at +4.5%( actually making interest) to create around $1000 a month in cash flow, but wont cost me a dime to do.

BTW i am not charging a dime.

I was then able to notify section 8, she lost her voucher for allowing unauthorized people to live with her on their dime, and I was able to evict for non payment having only lost 3 months rent.

@Paul Fagot  I take it this building is not in Redding CA.and if its out in the mid west or rust belt or inner big city back east.. the reason you not getting action is these things are DIME A DOZEN  I can roll into Chicago and find 50 deals like that or better..

As if our current career politicians aren't also opportunists with issues living off our dime.
