For STR's, your cleaner can make or break your business.

Does anyone have experience finding a cleaner for just one room?

I was expecting double-digit returns from Prosper, and am very disappointed with my low single-digit results.Prosper does issue an annual 1099 reporting earnings for my 401k, which I ignore for my tax filing.I would suspect that you could deposit personal funds into your 401k's Lending Club account and call it a contribution, but I would check with Mark Nolan to be sure.But it seems like to would be simpler and cleaner just to deposit the full $18K to your brokerage account and move funds into Lending Club from there.

Typically, you get rid of ALL the mold buildup with a mix of baking soda and a toilet bowl cleaner like Lysol.

On just the one, she spends about 30 - 60 minutes per day on her phone responding to various requests, checking occupancy, adjusting rates, plus managing cleaners, supplies at the house, etc. 

Electricity is marginally 'cleaner' but still gets 60+% of it's power from fossil fuels (gas and coal), so IMO that's not an issue.Heat pumps are known for not working well in cold climates, I think 18 degrees is their cut-off......But being in S Texas, you will not get that cold, and the new heat pumps have a built-in secondary heat strip system.

They never heard of a product called windex or a vacuum cleaner .

You have to have good agents, lenders, maintenance team, cleaners, handymen, property managers etc if you want to be successful long term.

Airbnb has worked out really well for me and once I hired a cleaner..its super easy!
