Closet wasn't a hard and fast rule to be included.

I rent a small apt unit w/ bedroom, bathroom, closet (no LR or kitchen) on AirB&B for about $65/night right now, or about $10/mo/sq ft, or what will be about $80-100 sq ft for the year.

Got one master bath gut job, guest bath tile job, carpet in the master bath and closet, all new fence, and cabinets/counters/floors in the kitchen.  

On the main floor there is a closet that has "sunk". 

Also, tip I learned the hard way: when you install the digital keypad on the deadbolt above, consider replacing the doorknob below with a closet/passage knob--I kept the normal keyed knob at first, and twice guests locked it from inside and exited--keypad will work the deadbolt above fine, but doesn't do much good if the doorknob is locked! 

Cant buy a closet here for under 200K. 

There’s a foyer big enough for a dining table, and both bedrooms are large with two closets each.

A friend of mine who does kitchen/bath/closet remodels got me in touch with his stone guy and I got a new 3cm granite counter installed and the old one carted away for under 1k.

How are the closets and room sizes?

I've been using the Farenheat portable electric baseboard heaters, but I think it is a bit too much for the current breakers.
