It didn't completely solve the situation but it gave them a lot more time to find a suitable living arrangement.

The school brings in a ton of visitors for various events throughout the year and it's also located right next to a large hospital where you could cater to traveling nurses... $$$. 

What do you think draws visitors to your specific property / area? 

There are a few student housing areas that is secured there, but it costs about 800-1200/mo, 6 bedroom apartment (twin bed each) to 2 bedroom apartment, has canteen, study area, bus service to schools, gated community, student only and 10pm visitor limit, etc.

Go somewhere where the barrier of entry is more suitable. 

You need to have strict "house rules" posted on your listing and also inside the property with a maximum number of guests, no parties, no visitors and no noise.

She's originally from Germany which helps as we have a lot of German visitors year round.

The winter months, when many visitors from colder states flock to Florida, tend to see peak demand and higher rental rates.

The low airfares and maybe cabin fever have contributed to lots of visitors from the mainland.
