Of course I checked and vetted them all and ensured they are all familiar with investors or invest themselves.After pitches it really is up to you if you want to sit back and “collect checks” or if you want to message your PM and press them to do specific things you want.I will say do not rush to buy before you leave.

You may lose your earnest money, but, that would be a small price to pay compared to entering a black hole.As @Zach Quick mentioned your contractor can video tape the walk through or provide a live feed with Skype or FaceTime.I would just trust my team and press forward.Good luck.

And they have, (although they left a lot of crap, they did move out on the last day of the month, and they left keys on the counter, and when I texted them to ask if they indeed were out, they said that they were.They gave me a great deal of trouble about letting me show the apartment, but when I pressed them, and informed them that it was a violation of the lease to deny me reasonable access with 24 hrs notice, they would, at the last minute, say, "Fine".

Josh I think you should research WHO was the millionth download of the podcast and then take pics and a press release and give out some kind of prize for the occasion.As to the question of increased business everything I do on BP leads to more business.As mentioned on Facebook I would be up for a second podcast that focuses on NNN only as last time I focused on both apartments and triple net my specialties and ran out of time to only cover about 20% of material.
