Had to monitor this thread so i can come back and read every post.

Best to be at least an agent or better yet a broker so that you can place and monitor your bids and forfeit commissions on the buy.

I like it - especially the benefits to monitor not only one's self but the forum in general.

Monitoring this trend closely is advisable as it may impact investment returns.

I guess my definition of a mod would be someone who monitors the forums, clears out spam, helps encourage discussion, and welcomes new members - making sure things are flowing and running smoothly.

I would point out that Kris was vigilant in monitoring his property and caught this situation and was not hurt.  

The primary purpose is simply to have the ability to monitor the coming / goings and general safety of the properties without having to go to the properties every time.

I wonder how he can monitor and enforce this, though, since I encounter evidence of unauthorized cats.An environmentally conscience tenant could have lower utility bills and wear & tear on the property.It is interesting how far people will go to push their values.  

I have a fascination for looking at homes, monitoring prices, researching appraisals, tax information etc. and have enjoyed working with various individuals in the RE environment.  

I think it could be time consuming monitoring all the work on the house even if you hire it out and then what do you do when one of the workers screws something up or uncovers a bigger problem?
